In case of payment by advance bank transfer (minimum amount € 250), the order will be handled only after receiving confirmation of the credit from the bank.

Payment must be made within 7 days from the date of the order. Beyond this deadline, the order will be automatically canceled.

VirtualDieCasting.com does not send anything physical to the Customer. VirtualDieCasting.com does not send any email with attachments the Reports resulting of our analyzes to the Customer.

VirtualDiecasting.com exclusively provides the customer with a space on the TFcloud where the MATCHING analysis data, the geometries provided and therefore the reports produced as a result of the analyzes, exclusively in electronic format will be saved.

When you will receive the communication of the availability of the reports on the cloud, you download them, duplicate them and / or print them as you sees fit.

VirtualDieCasting is not responsible for any loss of information stored on TFcloud, and is not responsible for the continuity of operation of the same.

After 2 (two) years, the Reports can be canceled without any notice.
